# Newby Help Needed :)

Hi everyone,

I purchased some safex yesterday via [safex.io](http://safex.io). Downloaded the wallet and done the purchase to the address specified in the wallet. However up until now I do not see any safex in the wallet. Did I do something wrong in the procesS?

It takes sometime to transfer sometimes, how many hours has it been?
