# SEC fail extractions bittrex!!

My problem comes from today. Email never arrives bittrex extraction. Do not know if my account is blocked or been blocked SEC. You can confirm? Not receive response bittrex…

do u mean you cant withdraw??First check your spam folder. then open a support ticket ,[https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new](https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Or you could try chatting to them on Bittrex Slack, may be quicker?? Its probably safer and easier to actually turn off email confirmation and use google authenticator 2fa, can do this in your settings.
