SEC on all time lows; even though just a few bitcoins nearly triples the price; supply on the market is low
What is the stage of this project? Is project dead and if not who is working on it?
Would be nice to open a slack or any community network to get more information to peopleā¦
Why there is no focus on marketing or communications?
@ivglavas the project is not dead. I am still working on it. For some time I have been engaged in advisory on another blockchain production that is now in a BETA testing phase. This means I have the time to now code and produce the blockchain to support the Safe Exchange project.
Itās been a rollercoaster ride, following 3rd parties and hoping for the best. Since the summer Iāve taken up another project and participated in leading a team to complete a permissioned blockchain implementation. The experience has been and is invaluable.
Starting this month I am beginning development of the Chille Blockchain. It is the decentralized autonomous software that will allow people to make anonymous contracts for trade. The Safe Exchange Client will allow people to use Chille to trade.
I will be publishing websites this month explaining Chille, how Safe Exchange fits in, and also the roadmap for development and deployment.
I am also preparing to speak at d10e http://d10e.biz/tickets-bucharest/ my video will be going up in the next week or so.
Iām very excited for this and the plot is to see that you and others can see and use this technology and hopefully it is seen to improve the lives of many.

Directly on the blockchain implementation yes, although I do have help for implementation with websites and UI coding this will help. I have found and befriended reliable people to help in this who I now know personally and see them on a daily basis.

Hey man,
Besides videos, what can we do to promote it? Are there interest parties (that you know) in SEC?
How do you convince people to use it, what are the advantages of it against things like opeenbazzar or ethereum smartcontracts?

I think that the landing pages and the investment purchase page will help a lot. Getting the explanations concretely published to the internet is step 1. There are some leaders who I know of who are eagerly awaiting this launch and Iāve been vetting the approach constantly throughout the past few months when formulating the plan, this vetting has occurred here as well.
Weāre better than open bazaarā¦ faster block times, anonymity, and incentives for development and promoting adoption.
Better than ethereum because we are not going turing complete; keeping it simple yet leveraging existing and yet unimplemented features available to blockchain technology.

Beside that I would like to say my opinionā¦
- Avoid talking who is better then who because it will just do bad for reputation.
- Make some strategy - IMO go with Medium blog posts, Twitter, Linkedin and maybe facebook account.
- Make constant and easily readable reports. Augur guys started with that and I think it is getting more and more traction
- Ask for help - if there is anything anyone from us in this forum can do - feel free to ask. I am sure many of us are ready to jump into something new with knowledge we have
- Go on hardcore transparency - show all funds from crowdsale, where are they and what has been done with them. This way many people will understand current situation and will do their best to help. Not only with that, but any form of transparency you can give to audience. They will really appreciate it.
- Improve your relationship with exchanges. IMO best thing is to focus on investor relations and communication with exchanges. Bittrex should not be only exchange that accepted SEC for tradingā¦ Too low volume will kill it and people will avoid project.
This are just some of my assumptions that would like to share with you and see what are your opinions on it? Do you have plan about any of above mentioned and is there something some of us can do for you in order to help you achieve goals? We all have same onesā¦

That will only be true if more trade volume doesnāt enter, although Iām sure it will not be delistedā¦ it says 0.5 btc over 14 days from January 27th so 7 bitcoins of trade volume total is easily achievableā¦
this probably gets triggered automatically:
Markets with less than 0.3 BTC (or equivalent) of average daily volume over a 7 day period and have been on Bittrex for 4 weeks or more are eligible for removal. Coins with no developer support, working blockchains, or violate our policies are also candidates for removal.
