# wallet problem

Can someone tell me if has a similar problem with paying out of the wallet ?  
I try to send my sfex tokens or bitcoins the wallet does not send I see only pending and nothing is happening  
I have a lot of bitcoins and also safex tokens and I can not do anything about it I wrote to the support but nobody answers  
I will add that my brother has exactly the same problem and I do not know if there is something wrong with the network Can anyone help me
