# Why government would not be able to take safe exchange down?

Safe exchange marketplace website has to run on a server right? What would prevent the government from shutting this server down? What am I missing here?

no safex exists on the bitcoin blockchain currently, and chille is also to be a blockchain network like bitcoin.
