Cannot send safex to bitrex

hi,
try to make transaction from wallet to bitrex but they ask for a 18 dollar bitcoin fee. This cannot be real right?

Seems like fees are preety high atm, i only sent < than 500 SAFEX from Bittrex to new wallet to see if it works, if i want to send back cost is almost 5$ on SLOW.
