Has anyone else had a problem with livecoin?

The Safex wallet is temporarily offline on livecoin. I want to move my sft to Safex wallet.
I’m new to crypto currency. This is the response that I got from Livecoin.
“Hello.
This coin is temporarily disabled due to some node problem. It will be available when we make sure that everything is working properly. There is no exact time when it will be available.”

Can anyone explain a node problem?

We have an open dialogue between the Safex Devs and Livecoin’s Devs. Rest assured, we’re pushing hard to get things resolved.
