I’m new and just letting this run on my office computer is it worth running?

If you have not much electric cost, you’ll earn around 50 sfx per month at current rates 
Speculatively, it could be hugely rewarding. I mined ethereum at 0.75$ and i didnt earn a profit from mining but then the price rocketed to 1000$ and I had a 20,000$ profit…
So consider it a strategy
