I had high hopes for the RTX 2080 - but the simple fact that i can get near enough speeds with an RX570 Strix, and buy 3-4 Strix for the cost of 1 RTX 2080, i don’t think it’ll be a popular in the mining community.

i expected much more from 2080… I don’t know how much bios will help. Anyway, it won’t be cost efficient to use it.
BTW… good article. good to know I don’t need to upgrade.

Pricing will only get worse in the next series if AMD doesn’t step up
