Except you are frogeting that SAFEX is currently on bitcoin blockchain and fees are hugee.
Research omniwallet.org’s DEX decentralised exchange. Also there is another very slow decentralised exchange that runs over tor.
I just used btc as an example. Could be any crypto the wallets supported.
