Use Coinspot or just move the SAFEX to the SAFEX Wallet (download from official website) and wait for Polish exchange (because you are Polish) which will be soon trading SAFEX.
And here is some good advice, next time pay attention to communicates as the information about delisting was hanging on the SAFEX-BTC page of Bittrex for a while.
(unless you bought it on Cryptopia which f*cked everyone up badly)
