Safex coins and migration balance is zero after migration

Hi,
I have made migration of safex coins around 17410 coins on Oct 18,2019 . I followed all the steps as per the video on website but at the end of the migration, migration table is not shown with my SFT balance. Migration balance is showing zero and Old safex coins are also zero

Before we dig deeper, have you tried to resync your Safex wallet?

The option is in Setting, near the bottom you should find a button called Rescan.

Try this and then let me know if your Safex Token/Cash appear.
