If you understand sufficiently to use the GitHub link I provided previously, then you create your own pool from there. Is beyond my skills, so I can’t help further… that‘s why I simply mine to the Safex.org pool. 0% fee, so no real difference to solo mining, imo. You either have the skills to set it up, or you don’t. I don’t.

Hashes all average out, and what you get per hash should be about the same, whether solo or pool.

yes, essentially the sfxos does exactly that, aggregates your machines to manage from a simple GUI

0% fee and more frequent pay outs is likely the advantage to mining with the pool vs solo.

Or just configure each one personally with xmrig… it can’t be that hard to ssh into each one, download the software, and start it up
