even after importing a backup. no coins at all. whats the deal?

Please please Please, read through the forum or dans Twitter or redit or anywhere. This question has been addressed over 100 times.
Next to your key that should have the coins, click send to archive. Then go the the archive tab, on the same key chose send to home. If this fixes it, delete this post.
