Hello, my Safex Wallet is stuck on loading. It does not show my coins or tokens at the moment, just the message of loading. This has been over two hours now. Should I try something different?

How long ago did you last open it successfully?

OS is Capitan 10.11.6 (on a Mac)
Safexcashwallet 2.0.0
I opened it up no problem certainly within the last 10 days

Not that I’ve encountered many issues with my Mainnet wallet, but during Testnet, if I ever struck an issue, it was always easier to just restore the wallet fresh from seed/keys, just on the off chance the file got corrupted somehow.

Yeh, I refreshed the wallet this morning but still no luck. I’ll try that again.

Also, something to bear in mind… with the hard fork to v7 in ~200 blocks (later today), Orbiter will stop syncing once the new functionality takes hold.
Everyone will need to move across to the new TWMWALLET, which is due for release ASAP.

Oh so maybe I won’t be able to get back in until after the fork? Do you know when the TWMWALLET will be available?

No specific time, but as per this week’s update, it should be expected any time soon.

I am recovering the wallet again at the moment, so we’ll see if that works. Otherwise after the fork…
