is Safex an ICO? (Initial Coin Offering)

there is also some Jammer and rumor about the SEC doing the same.

Safex was launched in 2015 as an ico for 45 days raised just 50,000$ and 99% of coins were sold.

The timing, amounts, and the fact that no entity withheld coins makes safex straight forward “bitcoin” like.

Whoever got those coins are millionaires by now!

Are there stats on the distribution of those coins?

I’d rather have more people own them, rather than it being owned by a few people.
