Bought safex token from safex.io and still haven't received it after over 24hrs

I have convinced my friend that he should buy safex token and then he asked me to buy it for him. 2 days ago I went to this website called safex.io to downloaded the wallet and installed and then bought the safex token. i sent my bitcoin to this link “19v8nFRYMnuY2Ci3ykyiVL75G7VL11YeRT”. after over 24hrs, he still haven’t receive the safex token in his wallet. what’s going on???
