Brought safex from safex.io but not received after 24 hours [RESOLVED]

Hello all,

I brought a bunch of safe exchange coin from safex.io last night. I sent the BTC to the generated address (1LWeQc6DVwnQbBLFjRq7tyPLoQXYEBCcG8) and it was completed and said wait up to 24 hours to received them, however it has now been 24 hours and I have not received my coins yet.

What do I do?

You did the right thing seems your safex were sent just when you posted.

Coins should be with you by now

Hello Dan,

The safex still show as pending in my migration wallet (V0.0.7). I checked blockchain explorer and says transaction unconfirmed (Unable to decode output address). Not sure what is wrong, never had this issue?

The BTC mempool is ridiculous right now. You just have to be patient and wait for it to be picked up.

Sorry about that, they are on the way, but the fee is set small, will be some delay. I’ve adjusted the fee setter to be more aggressive :X
