BTC stuck in safex wallet

I have BTC in my safex wallet and no matter how many times i send the transaction the BTC doesnt send. It just sits there stuck in the wallet

Any ideas? my nicehash miners all send there and id love to actually recieve my BTC

Thanks for the reply dan, win10 x64 latest wallet, i had to send it about 5-6 times then eventually i got a TX ID and it went through. No errors or anything it just wasnt sending
