After going through process of inputting keys screen just goes blue. Have tried on 2 computers, one with mcaffee av and other win def. have tried to run as administrator. No difference

Have you tried excluding the entire downloads folder from AV?

Nothing yet but Rich has been working with a few people who have this issue
