If someone jokes about spamming the exchange support desk whilst drunk, I’m gonna call them on it. It isn’t acceptable behaviour and is a negative for the project. Simple.

This isn’t the only instance. What is negative for the project is if it loses legitimacy, and we’ve been here before again and again. It’s notable that throughout this entire thread you’ve not really addressed the issue at hand, rather just brushing it off and saying they’ll fix it ‘when they’re ready’ why are you not following it up with the exchange and being a professional?

Erm. I’m just a community member and project supporter, but trusted enough to be given admin privileges to the Forum. I’m not in a position to do anything relating to contacting exchanges, etc.

That gives even less reason for you to talk down other people’s concerns about the project then. You also seem close enough to the development team to find answers, but that’s not what I see on the forum when things like this come up - just deflection from you. If you don’t know anything, then someone contacting the exchange to get to the bottom of this issue is a positive thing for the community. If you don’t like the way it was done, then you should have done it yourself. If the exchange is so fickle they cannot handle support requests, they are unprofessional and the team chose the wrong exchange to get involved with. Simple.

I’ve been holding for like 5 years, Aussie. Was stoked for the chilli blockchain. I’ve read every weekly update since I bought in. I’ve been here for every release. I think I’ve been reading these forums since before you were even an admin.

If what you say is true then you also should be intelligent enough to comprehend & not find reasons to complain however clearly not your agenda 
devs move like a turtle . how many developers are working with exchange to list safex token , xcalibra volume is about 7k !!! after months we can not trade on bw.com . all of shitcoins are going up except safex . it is only down because lack of volume . how can we donate project to list safex on exchange like … kucoin ?

It’s quite intense indeed, from 800 sats to 8 sats, that’s up to the holders to sell, so there is a pocket out there that seems to want to sell, besides the 2019 hacked tokens I estimated around 140m tokens were sold, and absorbed long ago, so it seems just sft holders opting to bail, that doesn’t mean that it is the most rational decision, even foolish if you count what we’ve built up to now.
Also consider that before the extensive codebase and resrouces we’ve developed around the Safex Blockchain, getting to 800 sats was also irrational.
Bitcoin did a nice 31$ to 2$, this is more than 3 years after its launch. We’ve completed the use case and it’s opening up. I’m not begging you of anything, you can even sell at 8 sats, it’s all your choice what you do. I believe in this it it is better than the status quo on many levels.
Don’t forget, that most of all that we are doing is quite different from contemporary crypto

Hey Dan I’m not bailing. There’s risk with everything we do in life. A bigger risk for me would have been not taking a risk in the first place. My strategy was to invest what I could afford to lose, and long term if necessary. Others may not have followed this strategy. I hope this project succeeds, for all of us, and just wanted to say that I appreciate all that’s been accomplished thus far.

I’d like to use the BW exchange, but I don’t know what is the memo thing and where I can find it.

As far as I can see, there is no “tag” or “memo” field in TWM when making a transaction.
The twmwallet is not yet capable of including a memo/paymentID. Only cli wallet currently has this capability.
But I expect it will get added in a future iteration, much like feedback, etc.
Remember, this is only v1 of the GUI wallet. It will develop over time.

Is it possible to send SFT from xcalibra to BW and sell the tokens there or not?

I think - No… You need a memo for deposits - afaik you can’t tell Xcalibra the memo info when you make the withdrawal request.
Currently you would need to use the cli wallet as the send point, as memo (PaymentID) is not yet functional in the twmwallet.
