I bought SAFEX but never got them

A week ago I sent my BTC to address which has been shown on Safe exchange website, but never got SAFEX which I bought in return. I chose “slow” transaction, but in any case, it takes to long. After all these days I don’t know what is the problem and will I get SAFEX on my wallet.

I would be very thankful if somebody can help me with this.

Considering the backlog of unconfirmed transactions on the BTC blockchain …

… the ‘slow’ transaction could take a looooong time. Have you looked up your transaction using the ID?

EDIT: and dont forget anyone who chooses a faster transaction option will jump ahead of you in the queue.
