You rushed the process and failed to set the second half correctly.
You need to Reset and set the halves properly.
Use the BTC explorer to watch for at least a couple of confirmations before you proceed to set the second half.
If you can’t read the block explorer, or don’t understand what you’re looking at, then wait AT LEAST an hour after you trigger the txn to set the first half.
You should have sufficient BTC to set the halves correctly.
