First question Are the coins i have in this wallet still Safex Exchange Coins and are they still on the btc blockchain. If so what is the first step?

Most important thing… be patient after triggering Step 3 transaction and wait… patiently… for the txn to get the confirmation (use the block explorer to watch) before you do Step 4 (and repeat the patience)
