The fact that your Migration Table populated means you successfully completed all three steps of the process. So long as you actually completed all 3 steps prior to the 2 Dec 2019 cutoff, then your new SFT and SFX will be on your new address.
If so, you simply need to install the Orbiter v2 wallet and import your new blockchain address (begins with Safex…).
