Safex Wallet - Private Key

Hi!
I’m a big fan of Safex, but now I hope to find a solution for a problem keeping me awake during night.

My Surface 3 went black/dead before I secured/wrote down my Safex Wallet’s private key the other day. Only have the public key visible in the wallet.

Is this meaning my Safex’s will forever be “passive” on a wallet on this “dead” Surface unless a MICROSOFT repair/service can get the power back to it?

Hope Dan/Safex Team can bring me some positive news for a guide to help.

They may be lost.

I would be trying to extract the data personally well before shipping it off to an official repair service as they have a tendency to wipe at a or replace product parts.

Got the ssd disc out and it did work. Was the motherboard who was completely dead.
