I recently bought coins from the Xcalibra exchange and if I move these coins to the Safex oribitor wallet, I only use the wallet address starting with ‘Safex’? Also if this is the case, what are the spend and view keys for?

Yes, both SFT and SFX get sent to your Safex blockchain address beginning with “Safex…”.
