Trying to Migrate but Receiving Sync Error

As the title says, everytime I try to begin the process I keep receiving “unable to fetch average fee” with the “Syncronization error, try refreshing later”

I tried disabling my firewall already & this did not resolve the issue. Any suggestions?

Sync error means your balance won’t appear. Some countries/ISPs block certain ports. Try through a VPN.

Thanks! I was able to fix it by restarting my computer twice. I guess some prior configurations messed with the connection.
