I got a little problem. I can not get in contact with Xcalibra support. Submit request button on exchange is not working saying “This helpcenter no longer exists”. Contact support button on xcalibra.com is the same. Is there any alternate way to contact them?
I wanted to give it a try and open merchant account on Big Box Store so I thought about getting some SFT and SFX for this purpose. Made a BTC deposit to Xcalibra but it doesn’t show up in my balance. Address is correct. Transaction made over two days ago. BTC is there (checked on the explorer) but balance on exchange shows nothing. I’m stuck. Don’t know what to do next.
