Windows cannot access the specified path, file etc

Hi guys
I know I am leaving it a little late but tried to download sails and that is the message I get.
According to my security (properties on file) I allow for everything.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
AVG blocks the install, then asks if I want to make an exception which I confirm but to no avail

  1. Uninstall the wallet
  2. Disable AVG
  3. Download and install v7
  4. Go into AVG and whitelist (Make an exception for) the entire folder you installed v7 into.
  5. Enable AVG
    … proceed.
