Can't withdraw SFX/SFT from CoinDeal to LiveCoin

Is there any news regarding the safex team reaching out to LC? How are things?

I can let you know how many hours and the rate I am paying to try to solve that.

My suggestion is to find a lawyer in Ukraine and politely ask your money back from livecoin.net

We have sent a dozen of emails to the LC support with the all necessary information.
Also, we have explained them step by step how can they confirm the deposit. We offered them our services in solving this issue.
We got one email from them were they told us
“ We do not process transactions manually if they were not sent correctly.
And we accept any financial no claim after 30 days.”
We reply to them that the transaction are correct and the customers informed LC’s support in that time period.
They are not responding to our emails.

We are constantly looking for new approach for solving this situation.

Just checked with the biz dev guy we had to communicate: the response turned out that after 30 days have passed LC doesn’t want to deal with any returns.

So, what is left is to see if it can be obtained through the legal process.

Seriously? I did claim within 30 days! I have been fighting this for a YEAR now!

Chosen “policies” are not above the law and your rights !

Policies must not allow or facilitate theft or create loss by willful inaction !

And if their “claim” of; “were not sent correctly” Is proven to be false, and were advised of the fact from the beginning, then they become dishonest and stand on falsehood !

We’ve had one or two situations like that on xcalibra, resolved immediately.

It is up to Livecoin to honor their side, from what I saw we have provided the necessary information to identify the owners of funds and cordially.

I think @nikolaa can check on some attorneys in Ukraine, and we can see what it might take from that angle.

They probably consider SFT a dead token. Livecoin daily SFT volume is ~200USD. TBH I am not surprised. With total volume of ~20KUSD, SFT does not look very good. Also the fact that tokens can get lost and cannot be recovered for over a year is daunting.
If even Safex devs cannot help in this situation (despite effort) it seems it is time to count losses and move on to other coins.

@dandabek Why is prove sending feature in safex blockchain explorer stating that XMR was send instead of SFT? Isn’t XMR monero?

Given Safex was forked from XMR, I’m gonna guess a minor bit of text changing was overlooked.
